Order status

The statuses indicate the process the order is going through, for example: When confirming an order, the products in the order will be discounted from stock (in case you have stock management).

  1. Go to Sales and click on Orders and Tables to view your orders.

2. All the orders your business has are listed and by clicking on All Statuses, the types of orders you have will be displayed:

3. You can change the status of your orders from this tab, for example:

  • Select the order to which you will change the status.

  • Then click on the current status and select the status you want.

  • The order to be successful, it must reach the collection level. And that's it! It will no longer be in your orders.
